1. Cina

A very big remedy for helminths in children. Usually this is indicated by dark under-eye circles, grinding their teeth, excessive tantrums, striking, and even biting. Generally extremely irritated and do not want to be touched, or have their hair brushed. May eat excessively and never really feel full, with very bad stomach cramps.

2. Teucrium

This is commonly indicated by excessive anal itching, especially when in bed or at night. Along with Cina, this is part of the Banerji Protocol for treating helminths.

3. Spigelia

Usually denoted by a lot of abdominal pain centered around the belly button, can also have nausea/vomiting. Often there is an aggravation after 5pm in those who need this.

4. Nat Phos

The cell salt associated with helping helminths by promoting a more alkaline environment in the body.

Also Consider

Oxygenium if there is a history of weak lungs and being on oxygen as a baby, Caladium for vaginal itching from helminth, and Gaertner if malnutrition or extreme digestive issues (particularly with gluten/dairy, but only under guidance of a homeopath as Gaertner is a bowel nosode).
