The overwhelm, anxiety, and stress just keep adding up…

Whether it is the bills that keep coming in, the lights that are simply too bright, or the urge to just give up and very literally throw in the towel…

A season of stress can bring out the worst in us all-

Here are the homeopathic remedies traditionally associated with Stress:

1. Kali Phos:

This remedy as well as a cell salt, great for stress with feelings of burnout, anger, and irritation. Can be described as very nervous and even the slightest tasks bring overwhelm and dread. This state can also include brain fog or nighttime terrors.

2. Nux Vom:

Similar to Kali phos, stress with anger from overwork, burnout, hangovers, or otherwise chemicals in food. Is the acute to sepia – the sepia state tends to be more chronic in their burnout. Can be sensitive to lights, sounds, and odors. Prone to waking up at 2 AM and having a hard time going back to sleep.

3. Aconite:

Stress with overwhelm/anger that can create a lot of anxiety in the chest and raciness. Very beneficial for panic attacks or the feeling of onset. Stress may have begun after a traumatic event or shock.

4. Bryonia:

Stress with overwork and worrying about finances may feel very physically stiff, irritated, and often very thirsty. Any physical ailments will feel better from rest and worse from motion. Can suffer from constipation and headaches from digestive issues and dry coughs.

5. Sepia:

This state is most commonly seen in women postpartum. Can feel indifferent towards loved ones, spouse, or children – with irritation from overwhelm of family needs. Can feel helpless and have weeping spells, with a desire to run away or escape.

6. Staphysagria:
