Just not feeling it?

Motherhood can give you many reasons to be telling your partner you have a headache, or maybe you actually do!

If you are in a season where your sex drive has tanked

Here are the homeopathic remedies traditionally associated with Low Libido:

1. Sepia:

The most common low libido state for women. Can be very irritable, and indifferent specifically to children or spouse. May have issues with PCOS/irregular cycles. Can suffer from headaches, many times around menstruation. May also experience pain with intercourse. A big state seen in postpartum women.

2. Agnus:

Low libido in either men or women with a lot of weakness. Men may have issues with ED, typically a big history of masturbation. Likely coupled with depression. For breastfeeding women there can be suppression or deficiency of milk and generally feeling melancholy.

3. Berberis:

Low libido with a lot of stitching sharp, needle pain during coition, almost no enjoyment from it. Prone to kidney stones or bladder issues and always feeling tired. Men may experience pain in the testes.

4. Staphysagria:

Low libido from a history of sexual abuse, painful. Emotionally, tend to have anger/rage outbursts with the desire to throw objects. While there may be low libido with a partner – there may be a desire to masturbate. Common to have a history of chronic UTI’s or burning sensation while urinating.

5. Graphites:

Low libido in overweight women who are often cold, also usually have constipation and cry from music. No interest in coition. Prone to eczema – usually appearing behind elbows or fingers.

6. Ignatia:

Low libido since experiencing a great grief or emotional trauma. Throat complaints are common – such as the feeling of a lump in the throat, sighing frequently, or the need to swallow often. Temperament will appear nervous or overworked.
