Safety Note: While we explore traditional support for gluten sensitivity, it is important to distinguish between a sensitivity and Celiac Disease, which is an autoimmune condition. If an individual experiences severe malabsorption, unexplained weight loss, or intense systemic reactions to even trace amounts of gluten, they must be evaluated by a licensed medical professional for clinical testing.
