Scheduling a Consultation

• To schedule a consultation, please send me an email directly: marie@thehomeomother.com
• There is a required $150 deposit to hold the appointment date/time. This amount will be deducted from the total balance, which is due 24 hours before the appointment start time, along with the completed intake form and waiver.
• Please take your time completing the intake form, this is referenced in depth before the call. Specific questions may arise from it to better help determine the constitutional supports that may best suit your child.

After the Consultation

• It is very helpful to send any videos you have of your child (but not required) to get a better gauge of them and see visuals of any specific types of mannerisms/expressions/presentations.
• I will follow up via email within 3-4 days with a detailed overview of the selections suggested at this time, the reasonings for the selection, and other information pertaining to frequency, etc.
• For the first 3 weeks following the consultation, I want to know how things are going, so please keep me updated. See the Communication Guidelines for more information on expectations.

Expectations of Progress

• There are many children that make a lot of drastic progress, very quickly. There are others though where it is more gradual, and on occasion some where it is a bit harder to get things moving. For those slower to respond, we may need to integrate non-homeopathic supports, and review in more depths the mother’s history (even pre-pregnancy) for more generational influences.
• Followups are very important to keep progress continuing, it is best to do them every 2-3 months. Often complex children can have many layers, and some they go through quickly.

Communication Guidelines

• 3 Week Period After Consultation:
  • For the first 3 weeks after your consultation, I am happy to provide email support for questions or updates at no additional charge. This includes questions about your schedule and response observations. I want to ensure everything is off to a good start 😊 
• After this 3 Week Period:
  • I welcome short updates on progress or quick questions on responses at any time. I am more than happy to provide a brief response, but do note it may take 3-4 days (not including weekends or holidays) to respond.
• For Detailed Questions or Requests:
  • More detailed questions that require me to review your child’s file, adjust selections, or provide additional detailed guidance in between appointments (after the initial 3 weeks) may benefit from an email follow-up. This will be a series of questions based on the child’s history/file to gauge where things are at. This will incur a fee of $100.
  • I will of course let you know if you would like to do this, or simply wait for the next video followup. If you need to schedule an appointment, please send me an email. 
• For Acute Needs
  • For acute situations, I would like to encourage you to join The Homeo Mother Community. This is a supportive community with educational resources to learn more in depth about homeopathy and ask questions.
  • If you are not already a member, clients can simply email me to bypass the waitlist and join/utilize the 20% member discount. 
• When Emailing Me:
  • To help me respond as effectively as possible, please include the following details in your email: the current protocol and frequencies, any changes made, and a brief description of the response or concern.
